Becoming a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC)

I am blessed to have been guided and supported in my journey to becoming a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC).

The genuine care and curiosity about what is truly in service of our clients is what made me commit to serving in the endeavor to take coaching to the corporate world.

Creating a coaching culture in your organization can start with your own journey of being coached and learning how to coach.

The tangible transformations you experience in your journey will automatically motivate you to share it with everyone you know!

As part of the Client Success Team, I am honored to help you on your journey to becoming a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) and exploring how coaching can work for you and your organization.

Being a part of the Community of accredited coaches, I bring to you a rich body of experience and assistance, creating the most suitable match for your particular needs.

The Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) Program

The Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) Program equips you with the knowledge, skills, and experience to show up as an accomplished coach and a confident leader. Throughout the program you will complete three courses:

  • Excelerator™ Essentials

  • Mentor Coaching

As you move through each course, you will continue to build on practiced skills, strengthening your coaching and leadership capacity.

Their courses — founded on core principles in the Excelerator Coaching™ Model — provide you with an agile, proven, non-directive coaching framework.

As a Certified Leadership Coach you’ll be:

  • Trained by highly experienced, accredited Coaches

  • Capable and confident to coach, having accrued 76 hours of training and hands-on coaching experience

  • Equipped with actionable skills to help you get the best out of individuals, teams, and organizations

Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Certified Leadership Coach Designation — their highest level of recognition and achievement.

The Certified Leadership Coach Designation is granted to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional coaching skills, and who have proven expertise using the Excelerator Coaching™ Model. It recognizes your completion of 76 hours of immersive, experiential coach training.

Certified Leadership Coaches also meet the necessary training requirements to apply for your Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
